  1. What are your hours of operation?
      Telephone reservation:              24 Hours Daily
      Website reservations:               24 hours daily
      Shuttle Terminal and Offices:     8:30a.m. - 5:30pm.  7 days a week.

  2. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from in Frederick?
      The shuttle leaves from the BayRunner Shuttle Terminal, located at 1341 Hughes Ford Rd, Frederick, MD 21705. There is free parking available. You can reference our map by clicking the locations link.

      We also depart from the Frederick Transit Center, located at 100 South East St. Frederick, MD 21701. Parking is NOT available.

  3. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from Hagerstown?
      We depart from the Washington County Transit Transfer Center, located at 123 West Franklin Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. This is in downtown Hagerstown. Parking is NOT available.

  4. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from in Hancock?
      We depart from the Hancock Truck Plaza, located at 434 East Main St, Hancock, MD 21750. There is free parking available.

  5. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from in Cumberland?
      We depart from the Allegany College of MD, Center for Continuing Education, located at 12401 Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, MD 21502 and the Amtrak Rail Station, located at E. Harrison & Queen City Sts. Cumberland, MD 21502. There is free parking available at both Allegany College of MD, Center for Continuing Education and the Amtrak Rail Station.

  6. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from in Frostburg?
      We depart from Frostburg State University - Harold J. Cordts PE Center, located at 101 Braddock Rd. Frostburg, MD 21532. There is free parking available behind the athletic complex. A parking permit MUST be obtained in advance from the Frostburg University Police.

  7. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from in Grantsville?
      We depart from the Pilot Travel Center, located at 3000 Chestnut Ridge Road, Grantsville, MD 21536. There is free parking available.

  8. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from at BWI Amtrak?
      We depart from the BWI Rail Station, located at 7 Amtrak Way, Baltimore, MD 21240. There is NO free parking.

  9. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from at BWI Airport?
      We depart from the BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, located at 7101 Elm Road, Baltimore, MD 21240. There is NO free parking.

  10. Where does the BayRunner Shuttle depart from in Baltimore?
      We arrive and depart from the Baltimore Greyhound Station, located at 2110 Haines Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. There is NO free parking.

  11. Where does it stop at BWI?
      If we have your cell phone number we will attempt to make contact with you.

  12. Do I need a reservation?
      While reservations are preferred, they are not required. You may take the shuttle and pay cash on the day of trip, if space is available.

  13. What methods of payment do you accept?
      You may pay with cash, or credit card, either when you book your reservation, or with the van driver.
      We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover.

  14. Is there a fee for cancelling or changing a reservation?
      There will be a $ 10 processing fee for cancelling a reservation (not as a result of weather). If you cancel within 12 hours the entire shuttle fee will be charged regardless of whether the seat is used.
      There is no fee for changing a reservation.

  15. Late Arrivals:
      If you are late, we will wait up to 15 minutes at BWI Airport and Baltimore Bus terminal only if we have made cell phone contact with you, so please include your cell phone number when you call or make your on-line reservation. Our pickup hotline phone number is 301-378-0870. Call this number to get connected to a driver.

      In courtesy to our other riders who are waiting to depart, we will only wait 15 minutes regardless of the circumstances.

      For all other locations our vans will depart on schedule, whether we have heard from you or not. Please plan to be at the departure point at least 10 minutes in advance of schedule departure time.

  16. Are your driver's subject to government certification?
      Yes.  All of our drivers are carefully screened. In order to obtain Public Service Commission certification they must pass an extensive background check, and have a spotless driving record. Additionally, they are trained in the handling of customer service issues. Personal appearance and customer interaction are paramount in our organization.
