Our Location in Cumberland: We depart from the Allegany College of MD, Center for Continuing Education, located at 12401 Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, MD 21502 and the Amtrak Rail Station, located at E. Harrison & Queen City Sts. Cumberland, MD 21502. There is free parking available at both Allegany College of MD, Center for Continuing Education and the Amtrak Rail Station.

There is free parking available at our Terminal office. Parking is NOT available at the Frederick Transit Center.

Departures-being dropped off at BWI Airport:
For your departure we will drop you off in front of the terminal of your departing airline.
Arrivals/Pick-Ups-where you meet the shuttle at BWI Airport:
The Shuttle will depart from end of Skywalk "B" (Level 6, Tower B) in the Hourly Parking Garage.

To access this location, take the elevators located between Southwest and Delta (in front of baggage carousel 6) to Skywalk B (Parking). Use the moving sidewalk to the parking end.

If you are late, we will wait up to 15 minutes past scheduled departure time only if we have made cell phone contact prior to the scheduled departure time of the shuttle with you, so please include your cell phone number when you call or make your on-line reservation. Our pick up hotline phone number is 301-378-0870. Call this number to get connected to a driver.
BWI Amtrak Rail Station:
We will pick you up directly outside of the doors at BWI Amtrak station, you will find our vans in the same area in which you would locate a taxi or other vehicle upon exiting the station.
*Please note we do not have a pickup at the downtown Baltimore Penn Station Amtrak location*
